High Point, NC -- Officers responded to High Point Regional Hospital after Simplicio Rojas-Jaimez walked in to the ER with gunshot wounds. Rojas-Jaimez had been shot several times in the torso. Due to the nature of his injuries he was then sent to N.C. Baptist Hospital for treatment. He is currently in stable condition.
The shooting happened in the parking lot of 200 Southern Place, Quality Controlled Concrete. The business was closed at the time of the incident. Detectives are investigating the case at this time.
