Davidson County Man Arrested For Bouncing Check To Davidson County Animal Shelter

(Thomasville, NC)  --  The Davidson County Sheriff's Office is reporting the arrest of David Lynn Gordon for obtaining a puppy on false pretense. 

On March 23, 2012 David Lynn Gordon purchased a Boxer puppy from the Davidson County Animal Shelter. He wrote a check to the Animal Shelter for the adoption fee of $95.00 dollars. The check later showed to have been written on a closed account.

Gordon has been charged with Felony Obtaining Property Under False Pretense. His first court appearance will be in Davidson County on May 8, 2012.
