Burlington, NC -- A Triad church wants to give back by helping to ease the pain at the pump.

On Saturday, September 8, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Pine Ridge Church in Haw River will pay 25 cents for each gallon for anyone who pulls up to the BP on Huffman Mill Road (exit 141) in Burlington.

Church officials said there are no strings attached, but they did have a limit of 20 gallons per customer.

Pine Ridge Church volunteers will be pumping the gas and washing windows. The event is open to the public.

"We just want to bless people with discounted gas and let them know that we care," said Will Hatten, with Pine Ridge Church.
