UNDATED  -- Gasoline prices have risen five cents in the past week. That's according to Triple-A, which puts the average price at $3.87 per gallon. That's up 16 cents from a month ago and 24 cents from a year ago.

Among factors cited for the price rise are tensions in the Middle East, the eurozone bailout, and refinery shutdowns because of storms and upgrading.

But prices are expected to start to decline.
