Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center Donates Defibrillators To W-S/Forsyth Co. Schools

Winston-Salem, NC -- Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center is donating automated external defibrillators (AED) to 13 W-S/Forsyth County Schools.

WFBMC said that Southeast Middle is the first of the 13 schools to receive an AED, and was given a demonstration Wednesday morning by Heart Center outreach coordinator, Amy Craver.

According to WFMBC, all of the donated AEDs will be distributed over the next two months to every high school and middle school in the district.
