(Lexington, NC) -- One outside lane of I-85 South near U.S. 64 near Lexington is closed after a tractor trailer hauling fruit overturned around 11 a.m. Two lanes of I-85 South still remain open.
The closure is causing some traffic delays on I-85 South approaching the crash site. The N.C. Department of Transportation urges motorists to take an alternative route, if possible, to avoid any congestion.
