Lexington, NC -- A Lexington man was arrested for marijuana charges Tuesday.
Detectives with Davidson County Sheriff's Office said when they arrested Samuel Jacob Freitag in his home they found almost 6 ounces of marijuana. Freitag was charged with Posession With Intent To Sell and Deliver Marijuana and Posessession Of Drug Paraphernalia.
Freitag was placed in Davidson County Detention Center under a $5,000 secured bond. His court date is scheduled for February 26.
