Lexington, NC-A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing, endangered man, Richard Rumsey.

The NC Center for Missing Persons is asking citizens to be on the lookout for 29-year-old Rumsey, who might be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

Richard's father told News 2 he was last seen at an ATM early Friday morning in Lexington driving a 2004 champagne-colored Ford Taurus.
