Raleigh, NC -- The NC Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered man, Terrance Lee Hershner.
Citizens are asked to be on the lookout for 32-year-old Terrance Hershner, who may be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
Police say Hershner was last seen at 2009 Sierra Drive in Raleigh. He was driving a gray Mercedes 190D with a North Carolina license plate number WSK-2223.
Hershner is 5'11" and weighs 155 pounds. He has medium length blonde hair and blue eyes.
