Johnston County-- Ronnie Woodall of Benson got into the driver's seat of his new 2009 Harley-Davidson® Fat Bob motorcycle! Woodall is the first player to scratch and reveal the Fat Bob prize on the North Carolina Education Lottery's new Harley-Davidson game.

"It was meant to be!" said Woodall. He explained how normally when he and his wife stop for gas that she will go inside and get him a drink, but this time he decided that he would go inside. Once inside, he said he went to pay for the gas and the cashier told him that his wife had already paid for it. Since he had a few extra dollars, he decided to put it towards a couple of scratch-off tickets. He added, "The first one I scratched was the winner!"

NCEL Executive Director Tom Shaheen today handed Woodall the keys to his new motorcycle at Ray Price Harley-Davidson on South Saunders Street. Woodall bought the winning ticket at Blackmon's Gas & Grocery on East Main Street in Benson.

The Harley-Davidson game had a total of six 2009 Harley-Davidson® Fat Bob motorcycles that players could win instantly. As of today, there are three remaining. In addition, there are three that players can win by entering three separate second chance drawings. The NCEL will award one motorcycle per drawing.

The $3 Harley-Davidson ticket also offered eight top prizes of $75,000 and chances to win many other prizes of $500, $100 and more! As of Thursday there are four top prizes of $75,000 still available
