Greensboro, NC -- North Carolina A&T State University's new chancellor has come full circle. The university community held a welcoming ceremony for him Tuesday night. Doctor Harold Martin took over as chancellor on June 8th. Martin holds both bachelors and masters degrees from A&T. He also served as the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs from 1994 through 1999. Martin says he's excited about his new challenge. Martin says the economy is a challenge for the university right now. But he says university will respond to the needs of students and the community.
