Greensboro, NC -- Triad golfers are making wishes come true for many children with life-threatening medical conditions. 104 golfers helped raise money for the North Carolina Make-A-Wish foundation through a golf tournament hosted by the Nat Greene Kiwanis at Starmount Forest Country Club. Some members have a personal connection to the cause. "My daughter, Cameron, was granted a wish in a journey we had with a medical issue she had a few years ago. So, I have a personal connection, as well as our Kiwanis club has a historical connection with founding the Make-A-Wish here in NC," said member Casey Mott. Members want to raise at least $6,000 to make a wish come true for a special child.
