Kids Test Out Their Halloween Costumes Early At Zoo

Asheboro, NC -- Kids got an early run with their Halloween costumes this weekend in Asheboro. The North Carolina Zoo held two days of "Boo at the Zoo."

The event provided family entertainment and Halloween fun with games, treats, costume parades and contests each day. News 2 talked to one kid who's ready for the day he'll get lots of candy.

It looks like all the kids taking part in Boo at the Zoo walked away with knowledge about animals and lots of treats.
