Reidsville, NC-- A couple in Reidsville say their home is missing some valuable pieces of dinnerware. Saturday, they called police after finding that over 100 pieces of antique silverware and dishes have been removed from their residence.
The homeowner told officers that he and his wife were preparing for their Thanksgiving banquet and noticed that the silverware had been removed. They said before calling police they checked with their daughter to see if she had removed any of the property but she said she had not.
Investigators say all silverware and dishes have the Penn family crest engraved on them and would be easy to identify as stolen property.
