Tires Slashed On A Dozen Cars In Winston-Salem

Winston-Salem, NC -- Police are looking for someone who slashed the tires of a dozen cars on Westdale Avenue in Winston-Salem.

Investigators say that 11 victims report that multiple tires were slashed on 12 different cars that were parked along the curb.  In all, 22 tires were slashed with what appears to be a knife.

The incident happened in the 100 block of Westdale Avenue near downtown.  Damage is estimated at $2200.  Witnesses say that the suspect ran from the area.
