
Liberty, NC -- Liberty Police have arrested two brothers for involvement in several crimes.
On Wednesday, October 24, a man robbed the Oil Phillips 66 Convenience Store. He showed the teller a hunting knife and demanded money. The teller gave him the money and he ran away.
On Thursday, October 25, a man robbed the Liberty Fidelity Bank. He gave the teller a note demanding the money. She gave him the money and he was able to get away.
Today, Friday, October 26, Liberty Police arrested Clifford Cagle and David Cagle. Both were charged with common law robbery and robbery with a dangerous weapon.
Alamance County Sheriff's also believe the brothers may be involved in a series of church break-ins and another convenience store robbery in Alamance County.
They are currently being held in Alamance County Jail.
