Winston-Salem, NC -- Winston-Salem police arrested a man who they say forced a 14-year-old from a home and raped her.
The alleged rape happened on November 9th.
Investigators say the victim's mother left the home to go to a store. While she was gone, police say Jose Santos Fuentes Ramos forced the teen from the home and took her to a secluded area and raped her.
The victim got away, ran to a nearby house and called police.
Ramos is an acquaintance of the victim.
Ramos is charged with first degree rape, first degree kidnapping, first degree sexual offense and indecent liberties with a child.
He's in the Forsyth County Dentention Center on $5 million bond.
