Greensboro, NC-- Officers in Greensboro are investigating a fatal shooting that happened around 6:30 pm Tuesday on Florida Street.
An investigator on the scene told WFMY News 2 that the shooting happened in the parking lot of Freeman Mill Square, which is a shopping center. She said a male was transported with a gunshot wound. Although several shots were fired, they think the victim was hit only once.
The victim, later identified as 29-year-old Anthony Tyrone Shuller, was pronounced dead at the hospital.
A bullet from the shooting traveled through a wall and into a business next door which was also taken over as a crime scene.
Officers are still on the scene investigating the incident.
