Bellefonte, PA (Sports Network) - A defense motion to dismiss child sex abuse charges against former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky was denied Friday.
Judge John M. Cleland made the decision in a three-paragraph order.
Jury selection was completed Wednesday and opening statements are expected to begin Monday.
Sandusky is charged with 52 counts of sexual offenses against 10 children over a 15-year span. He was arrested in November and has denied all allegations.
