WEST SENECA, NY - An early morning accident sent one man to the hospital after his car hit a tree.

West Seneca Police say the 25 year old Buffalo man was driving west on Seneca Street when his car veered off the road and struck a tree all around 4am.

As you can see by the pictures, the car was torn in half on impact. The front half of the car went on to hit the car that was parked in the driveway.

The driver is listed in critical condition at ECMC.

Accident Investigators don't believe alcohol was factor, although speed may have been. The investigation is ongoing
