Truck Driver Causes Massive Car Wreck

A truck driver with a medical condition passed out behind the wheel and drove into the intersection of Lexington and N. Main Street in High Point around 10:50 am Wednesday. Five cars were hit and minor damages were done to nearby property. All photos courtesy WFMY viewer Malay Inthavong.
