Paddle Ball World Record Set At High Point Museum

High Point, NC -- Steve Langley, aka the Paddle Ball King, was at the High Point Museum Saturday to set a Guinness World Record for the largest functioning paddle ball. The paddle ball measures 9 feet 1 inch and is 10 times the original Fli-Back. Steve built it himself and is a representation of the Fli-Back paddle balls that were made in High Point NC. Steve demonstrated that it is a functioning paddle ball for over 15 seconds at the High Point Museum to a crowd of approximately 60 people. The next step will be to send information to Guinness who will then authenticate the world record for the largest functioning paddle ball.
