
Greensboro -- Statistics show a slight increase in the number of homes sold during the second quarter of 2008, compared to the first quarter of the same year.
According to the Greensboro Regional Realtors Association, single-family home sales rose 0.2% during the second quarter, but are down 18% compared to the same quarter one year ago.

The average price of a home in Greensboro was down not only in comparison to the first quarter, but also in comparison to last year.
