Washington, DC -- You need a cellphone, not scissors to save money these days. Greg Grunberg has invented an iPhone application called Yowza!! that lets consumers get store coupons on their cell phone and have the barcode that pops up on the screen scanned at the register.
Grunberg says "it's really going to revolutionize the way people shop and the way retailers market to the consumers." Grunberg says once Yowza!! is downloaded on your iPhone or iPod touch from www.apple.com's App Store, it "finds all the deals" from stores in your area. So far, Target, Renaissance Hotels, the Container Store and many other retailers are providing coupons.
