Whiting, IN -- A recent survey by the website CouponCabin.com shows that for some, life events would not get in the way of attending a Super Bowl.
23% of those surveyed said they would give up a vacation to attend the game featuring their favorite team. 21% said an important work responsibility would have to take a backseat.
20 percent said they would miss the wedding of a close friend, while 19 percent would skip a funeral for a friend or family member if they could see their team in the big game.
The most surprising stat is from the 15 percent that said they would skip the birth of their child if they had tickets to watch their team play for the title.
56 percent of those surveyed said they plan to watch the game this year, with the majority of those being men.
Coupon Cabin conducted the survey of 2,625 adults over the age of 18 between January 9th-11th.
