WINONA, Minn. (AP) -- Boxers or briefs? In this case, police say the suspect was wearing his briefs and little else. A nearly naked man was spotted at a Wisconsin fertilizer company early Saturday morning.
The Winona Daily News reports officers arriving at Anderson Fertilizer found a bloody, broken window. Inside was a young man wearing just boxer shorts and socks. He ran. But police say they recalled a disturbance at a home hours earlier, where officers found a wallet and clothes. The hunch paid off and officers spotted the suspect. After a brief car chase, the 18-year-old was busted on burglary and alcohol charges.
