(China) -- Firefighters came to the rescue when a 64-year-old woman got her hair entangled into a massage machine in southwest China's Sichuan Province.
The old lady, surnamed Zheng, entangled her hair into a cervical massage machine when she used it to ease the pain from cervical spine bone hyperplasia. Her family tried to remove the machine by cutting off her hair but failed. So they contacted local firefighters for help.
Firefighters rushed to Zheng's home only to find she was sitting on the floor and lifting the massage machine over her head, with hair scattered everywhere around her.
After careful examination, firefighters decided to use screwdrivers and other tools to disassemble the massage machine. The machine was successfully dismantled in two hours.
Thanks to the timely rescue, Zheng's scalp was not seriously injured except some swellings.
