(Wintson Salem, NC) -- Yesterday afternoon shortly after 2:30, The Winston Salem Police Department confirms that a 2 year old was injured after being hit by a car in the 2700 block of Piedmont Circle, off East 29th Street.
The child received a cut to the head, and was treated and released from Wake Forest Baptists Medical Center yesterday.
