(Greensboro, NC)  --  On 9-11-2012 at 9:47 P.M. officers responded to a shooting call on Bernau Ave.

When they arrived, officers found a victim suffering from a gunshot wound to his leg. Antwan Thompson, black male, 20 years old, told them he was sitting on a bench when an unknown vehicle drove by and an unknown person fired a gun from the vehicle striking him in the leg. Mr. Thompson could not provide any vehicle or suspect descriptions.

Mr. Thompson was transported to Moses Cone hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
