Greensboro, NC-- Police in Greensboro are investigating a homicide after finding a person dead.

According to a news release, Police were dispatched to an address on West Meadowview Road after receiving a 911 call of a stabbing or gunshot. Officers conducted a search of the complex and found a person dead.

The complex where the death occured has been identified as the Heritage House. 

No suspect has been identified.
