Mocksvile, NC-- A parent ended his evening Wednesday facing assault charges after a fight at football practice.
Deputies said two students got into a fight after JV football practice ended just after 6pm. A parent of the two students also got involved according to deputies and he was arrested.
Daniel Jay Gray was charged with Assault. Investigators said Gray was also banned from school property.
No one was injured in the fight, according to the sheriff's department.
