This is nighttime snow storm footage taken by resort folks.
As of 2:30 am, (10/20/12) the current measurement shows they have received 16 inches of snow and the National Weather Service is estimating we will get another foot or foot and a half of snow within the next 24 hours.
Krysty Ronchetti, PR Rep for Snowshoe Mountain Resort, tells us that they are currently scheduled to open for the season Dec 8, but are now considering an earlier opening due to the new snow.
