New York, NY -- Jack the Jack Russell terrier is back to normal. But more than a buck's worth of pennies almost did Jack in. His owner tells the New York Daily News Jack swallowed 111 pennies last week and got very sick. The pooch's owner rushed him to a Manhattan veterinarian for emergency surgery. The dog docs were able to remove all the coins. Jack's owner says he's happy his 13-year-old best friend is now driving him crazy again.
