Thomas, OK -- Local media in Oklahoma Thursday reported that a series of explosions have followed a fire at an industrial facility near the town of Thomas in Custer County.
News 9, citing police, said the explosions took place at the Danlin plant near the town and that it has led to evacuations in the immediate area. KOCO 5 news in Oklahoma City also carried the report.
It was not immediately clear what caused the fire and there are no reports of injuries.
The Thomas Fire Department is said to be working to contain the fire, with multiple agencies assisting.
According to its website, Danlin produces chemicals for the oil and gas industry.
