GREENSBORO, N.C. - Wake Forest senior Cheyenne Woods has been named to the Women's Golf All-ACC Team as announced by the conference office on Monday.
This is the third-straight season Woods has been named to the team. She is just the fifth player in school-history to earn All-ACC honors three times.
Woods had a great start to the fall, finishing tied for ninth at the Windy City Classic and then finishing a career-best 7-under par at the Lady Tar Heel Invitational en route to a fifth place finish. This spring, she finished her school-record fifth tournament under-par at the Liz Murphey Collegiate Classic and then posted a seventh-place finish at the ACC Championship.
This season, Woods is averaging 73.62 strokes per round which is tied for the second-best average in the conference. She has seven rounds at par or better and is on pace to set the school's career scoring average.
