DURHAM, N.C. -- Duke's Quinn Cook and Marshall Plumlee will play for the East Coast All-Stars in the 2012 Four Nations Cup. The four-team tournament will be played in Tallinn, Estonia from July 29-31. The East Coast All-Stars will participate in a two-day training camp at Lycoming College (July 24-25) before heading to Estonia for the tournament.

Cook, a two-time ACC Rookie of the Week selection, averaged 4.4 points, 1.0 rebounds and 1.9 assists per game as a freshman last season. He had a career-best 16 points in a December win over Western Michigan with a season-best nine assists with zero turnovers in a Jan. 1 win over Penn.

Plumlee gained valuable experience as a redshirt a year ago. The 6-11, 225-pound center is a high-energy athlete that is expected to have a significant impact on the interior for the Blue Devils in 2012-13.

The Blue Devil tandem is joined on the team by Jerald Williams (Lycoming), Juwan Staten (West Virginia), Nick Faust (Maryland), Brad Redford (Xavier), Michael Holton, Jr. (St. Michael's), Kevin Anthony (Lycoming), Dwight Powell (Stanford), Zach McCabe (Iowa) and Kevin Noreen (West Virginia).

The East Coast All-Stars will compete against Georgia, led by Atlanta Hawks center Zaza Pachulia, the Czech Republic, led by the #6 pick (Washington Wizards) in the 2011 NBA Draft Jan Vesely, and the host country Estonia.
