FOREST, Va. --- Guilford College Quarterback Matt Pawlowski was named the Old Dominion Athletic Conference Rookie of the Year.
Pawlowski, a freshman from Greensboro, N.C., put together a solid season in his first year under center for the Quakers.
He finished third in the league with 2,443 yards on 205-of-342 (59.5%) passing. His 15 touchdown passes ranked fourth in the conference.
Pawlowski's best game of the season came in a 38-35 win over Randolph-Macon College when he completed 24-of-37 passes for 354 yards and four touchdowns.
He was named the ODAC Offensive Player of the Week three times, combining for nine touchdowns and 851 yards passing in addition to a pair of rushing scores.
