Winston-Salem, NC (Sports Network) - Ryan Kelly scored 23 points, Seth Curry had 15 and No. 4 Duke staved off a late run Tuesday night to beat Wake Forest, 79-71, and finish perfect on the road in conference play this season.
Mason Plumlee added 12 points and Austin Rivers scored 10 for the Blue Devils (26-4, 13-2 ACC), who avoided a let down ahead of Saturday's regular-season finale at home against North Carolina on Saturday night.
The Tar Heels are 12-2 in conference play and host Maryland on Wednesday.
Tony Chennault and Nikita Mescheriakov scored 18 points apiece for Wake Forest (13-16, 4-11). Chennault led a 19-2 run in the second half that cut the Demon Deacons' deficit from 23 points to six with under five minutes to play.
