Sacramento, CA (Sports Network) - Marcus Thornton's jumper with 3.4 seconds
left lifted the Sacramento Kings over the Portland Trail Blazers, 104-103, at
Power Balance Pavilion.
Thornton had 20 points, while Tyreke Evans also dropped in 20 and DeMarcus
Cousins finished with 23 points and seven rebounds for the Kings, who snapped
a seven-game slide.
Wesley Matthews connected on eight three-pointers, including the go-ahead
three before Thornton's game-winning shot, and scored 31 points to pace
Portland, which lost for the fourth time in five tries.
