Oakland, CA (Sports Network) - Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry, out
since last month, had exploratory surgery on his right ankle Wednesday.
The procedure showed a stable ankle with no structural damage, the Warriors
said. Loose debris and scar tissue was cleaned out and Curry is expected to
make a full recovery.
He hasn't played since March 11 and appeared in just 26 games for the Warriors
this season, averaging 14.7 points and 5.3 assists.
The team said Curry should be able to return to on-court basketball activities
in around 3-4 months.
