Indianapolis, IN (Sports Network) - Despite snaring the East's top seed for a
second straight season Tuesday, the Chicago Bulls aren't shutting things down
just yet.
Carlos Boozer had 16 points and seven rebounds, while Joakim Noah added 14
points and 14 boards as the Bulls downed the Indiana Pacers, 92-87, on
Wednesday in their quest for the NBA's best record.
They are currently a half-game ahead of San Antonio, which will face Phoenix
later on Wednesday.
Kyle Korver nailed four three-pointers en route to 20 points for the Bulls,
who have won six of their last eight games. Derrick Rose netted 10 points on
just 3-of-11 shooting to go with seven assists.
Lance Stephenson scored a career-high 22 points for Indiana (42-24), which has
lost two of three to close its regular season on the heels of a seven-game
winning streak.
