Boston, MA (Sports Network) - Boston Celtics guard Ray Allen is slated to
return for the team's Game 3 Eastern Conference quarterfinal matchup against
the Atlanta Hawks on Friday.
Allen hasn't played since an April 10th matchup with the Miami Heat, missing
11 consecutive games with a sore right ankle.
The 10-time All-Star and the NBA's all-time leader in three-point makes
averaged 14.2 points, 3.1 rebounds and 2.4 assists in 46 games during the
regular season.
The Celtics are currently knotted at a game apiece in their best-of-seven
series with the Hawks.
