Glendale, AZ (Sports Network) - Martin Hanzal netted two third-period goals to
lift the Phoenix Coyotes to a 5-3 win over the Columbus Blue Jackets.
Radim Vrbata, David Moss and Kyle Chipchura each scored in the first period
for the Coyotes, who have won three of their last four games. Vrbata suffered
a lower-body injury later in the game and did not return.
Keith Yandle collected three assists, while Mike Smith earned the win with 17
saves.
Jared Boll had a goal and an assist for Columbus, which has lost the first two
stops on its six-game road trip. Steve Mason surrendered four goals on 34
shots.
