Winston-Salem, NC -- The Winston-Salem Dash won/lost against the Myrtle Beach Pelicans. But some players still lost.
Catcher Jeremy Dowdy, outfielder Michael Earley, and pitchers Chris Bassitt and Taylor Thompson will shave their heads in front of the ball park's crowd.
The event is part of the BaseBald program, created by the St. Baldrick's Foundation, which benefits childhood cancer research.
