Woman killed in shooting was involved in long custody fight

Christine Belford was one of two women shot and killed by Thomas Matusiewicz at the NCCo Courthouse Monday morning. Belford’s neighbors talk about increased security she took after her ex-husband, David T. Matusiewicz, kidnapped their daughters.
